Working out in space sounds like fun! No gravity means no weight, so lift away! But without the constant force of gravity, the body runs into problems and astronauts need to work out frequently using special equipment to combat these problems. In a video taken aboard the International Space Station, astronaut Chris Hadfield demonstrates his routine  from cardio on the T2 treadmill, to muscle and bone mass maintenance on the ARED (Advanced Resistive Exercise Device).
