How’s your health been of late?

I had back surgery on the February 2 this year. Doctors said it would take me about six months to heal. I had six screws in, along with two plates and two cages. We’re currently four months in so it’ll be another two to three months before I can start working out again.

How are you finding the Wawan Classic Expo?

There’s a nice turnout and lots of people coming through and coming up to say ‘hi’ so we’re all having a great time.

I’m assuming this isn’t your first visit to Kuwait.

No it’s not. I’ve been coming here every year for the last four to five years. Before that it was in 2003.

You’re representing Team Ronnie Coleman at the expo. With your Ronnie Coleman Signature line, how does the Kuwait market compare to the rest of the world?

It actually does very well. We’ve had a lot of success in the Kuwait market and it seems to get bigger and better every single year.

You’re not training at the moment. What do you miss about the gym?

Working out and the gym is my hobby so when you can’t do your hobby, it’s frustrating at times. I’m looking at getting better so I can get to it.

What’s your favorite Ronnie Coleman supplement?

Whey protein in vanilla flavour.
