Traditionally in the magazine world, the September issue sets the scene for the new season in terms of style, tone and content; so we can’t wait for you to see what we have in store for you this autumn and winter. As summer comes to an end, the outdoor activities in Kuwait heat up, beginning with ProVision’s annual Flying Start triathlon. Find all the information you need on page 14. This month also marks two of the biggest shows in the bodybuilding calendar so be sure to check out the exclusive previews of Mr. Olympia 2016 and ACE 2016 on pages 12-13.

The training theme for this issue is MMA: Fighting Fit. From MMA conditioning courtesy of Amr Hafez (page 32) to Dietician Ahmed’s guide on weight cutting (page 46) we have every base covered, but if martial arts aren’t your thing we also have CrossFit, yoga, cardio, bodybuilding plus part three of the 12-week beginner to advanced workout. No September issue would be complete without a man-sized serving of style so in this month’s extended fashion section (starting on page 71) we have all the top-to-toe trend tips you need to start the season looking as good as you feel.
