If you’re a member of Platinum Gym, you are in luck! The various branches of Platinum run several martial arts classes every week. Current disciplines available at all sites include Kyokushin Karate, Taekwondo, Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts.

Jeet Kune Do

Available at Platinum Kaifan, it was developed by Bruce Lee based on various martial arts, with an emphasis on practicality, flexibility, speed and efficiency.
