A ProSupps Ambassador and contest prep coach, Mike Best visited the middle east for the first time to attend WCE as part of Team ProSupps.

How does the WCE compare to the other shows you’ve been to?

Right now, the fans here are much more accepting about MrHyde. We’ve been to Germany and the UK and the brand herehas a much stronger presence. It’s a no brainer as Wawan has done so well in promoting us. We haven’t gone to the city much but he and the brand is so well recognised. After all, we are the only company that has a pre-workout and a character to go with it.

How are you finding your first trip to the Middle East?

It’s been a different experience. The culture is different in terms of social and interpersonal norms compared to what I’m used to back in the States. But it’s been great so far. Tomorrow we’ll venture out to the city and they’ll dress us up in the traditional Kuwaiti dishdasha so I’m excited about that.

What was your initial perception when ProSupps informed you you’d be coming to Kuwait?

Honestly? I was at first a bit daunted but everyone here has been so gracious and treated us like kings.

What’s your favourite ProSupps supplement?

iLoad. iLoad is an insulin matrix. It’s a great product and the one thing about our products is that they work. When we say results period, we truly mean that.

What would your advice be to people wanting to compete?

My advice and what I do for my contest prep team is to hold them out. I want you to take your time. I want them to get in shape and then compete and not the other way around. Also surround yourself with people who have your best interest at heart. Pick and choose your shows. You just need to compete when you’re ready.

Favourite cheat meal?

Hamburger and fries.
